Practitioner — you are offering hands-on sessions during the event. Attendees book a specific time slot with you and use a ticket they paid for to experience your work (for example bodywork, energy work, coaching, or a guided group experience). You’ll be listed with your session times and attendees will be scheduled with you.

Vendor / info booth — you have a table for information, demonstrations, and/or selling wellness-related products. You are not booked into time slots and attendees do not use tickets to see you. Guests simply visit your booth throughout the day.

Please choose carefully — this determines how you’re listed and whether attendees can book sessions with you.

What happens after you pay

When will I get confirmation?

Right after payment you'll land on a confirmation page, and a receipt email arrives within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Is my spot reserved right away?

Yes — your booth spot is held as soon as your $45 payment goes through.

What do you need from me next?

We'll email you a short form for your bio, photo, and business details. Once we have those, your listing goes live on our website within 48 hours.
